1. Event Bookings & Deposits
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2 All payments and deposits are strictly non refundable. Exceptions to this will include only, claims made by individuals in accordance with the terms of paragraph 2, Risk Free Guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1.3 Payments must have been received in full prior to commencement of a chosen event, or entry will be refused and any deposit paid will be forfeited.
1.4 Delegates with disabilities or special needs should inform us of any requirements not less than 48 hours prior to commencement of their chosen event.
1.5 Travel expenses, accommodation, meals and refreshments are not included, unless specified in the event price.
2. Event Risk Free Guarantee
2.1 Change Intelligence Ltd offers money back guarantees on all the seminars listed on this form. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with one of our events, a full refund will be offered, provided that you act in accordance with the paragraph 2 of these terms and conditions.
2.2 In order to qualify for a refund in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee, you must attend the entire program and participate fully.
2.3 Requests for refunds must be received no earlier than half way through the last day of the event and no later than 1 hour after the event.
2.4 Refunds will only be approved if you return all course materials and course notes before leaving the event.
2.5 Should you request a refund you must also return any “free gifts”, “bonus” items received as a result of purchasing your event ticket. (You can elect instead to simply purchase those items should you prefer and failure to return any items may result in the retail price of said items being deducted from your refund.)
2.6 Refunds requests received in accordance with these terms and conditions will be processed and funds returned within 30 days of your request (less any items as discussed in paragraph 2.5.)
3. Event Cancellations & Alterations
3.1 Should you wish to change, postpone or otherwise alter (not including cancellations) any bookings you have made with Change Intelligence Ltd, notification of your alteration request must be made in writing not less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the commencement of the respective event. Should your request be received less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the event, failure to attend will be deemed as a cancellation and will be handled as a cancellation in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.2 Should you submit your alteration request in accordance with paragraph 3.1 of these Terms and Conditions, you can either move your booking to a subsequent event or accept a full credit that you can apply to any of the seminars or products offered by Change Intelligence Ltd. Cash refunds are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
3.3 Should you fail to submit an alteration request in accordance with paragraph 2.1 of these Terms and Conditions and then fail to attend the event the your booking will be cancelled and no credit or refund or credit will be granted. Further, any funds still owed by you to Change Intelligence Ltd will still be due in accordance with your original agreement with Change Intelligence Ltd.
3.4 Events may be cancelled or withdrawn due to circumstances beyond the control of Change Intelligence Ltd, should this occur an alternative substitute event or alternate date will be provided.
3.5 Specific event content may be subject to cancellation or alteration due to circumstances beyond our control.
3.6 We reserve the right to move an event to another venue within a 30-mile radius of the originally named venue on giving not less than 24 hours notice.
3.7 Guest speakers may be subject to change or cancellation for reasons beyond our control.
4. Event Participation
Change Intelligence encourages a high level of participation. However, we do ask that you respect a few basic rules:
4.1 Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. Any participant suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave immediately. All events are strictly non-smoking.
4.2 Unnecessary heckling or other disruptive behaviour towards our staff or other participants is strictly prohibited. Any participant acting in this manner will be asked to leave immediately.
4.3 Please comply with the directions of our staff, which are there to assist you and to ensure you get the most out of your chosen event.
4.4 Please comply with any directions of the venue management, who are not under the control of Change Intelligence Ltd.
4.5 Under 18’s will not be admitted to any event unless accompanied at all times by an adult (I.D may be required).
4.6 Still photography, video photography, and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited without the express permission of Inspired Seminars.
4.7 From time to time, Change Intelligence Ltd events are filmed or recorded for sales, marketing, promotional or quality control services. By attending an event, participants consent to being filmed for the duration of the event, and agree that Change Intelligence Ltd shall retain all intellectual property rights arising from any resulting media.
4.8 All Change Intelligence Ltd materials are copyright protected. Any person found to have infringed such copyright would be liable to immediate legal action.
We reserve the right to eject any persons contravening the above rules. Anyone ejected from the event on this basis will not be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee.
5. General
5.1 Change Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any claim for injury or loss of or damage to property suffered by individuals or for any claims or damages, including that resulting from unavailability of or variation to events, facilities or services. Participants shall ensure that they maintain adequate insurance cover in respect of any injury, loss or damage, which they may suffer.
5.2 Participants agree to indemnify Change Intelligence Ltd for all loss, damage caused by the participant to any event venue, its facilities or to other participants.
6. Product Purchase & Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders through the Royal Mail delivery system or by courier (as appropriate) within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods are out of stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
6.1 Product Cancellation
You can cancel an order or return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
6.2 Product Purchase Risk Free Guarantee
Change Intelligence products come with a full 7-day risk free guarantee. If at any time during the first 7-days after the purchase the customer is unsatisfied with the product, they can return it for a full refund. This guarantee applies to products purchased at events for through the website. You must return the product in its original packaging, damage free, for a full refund.
6.3 Refunds requests received in accordance with these terms and conditions will be processed and funds returned within 30 days of your request
7. Privacy Policy
Change Intelligence is committed to protecting your privacy online. Our policy explains how we will do this. We will review this policy in the light of comments we receive so please check the latest version. If you have any questions please contact us.
